  How many times has this gone to court now? The GOP has not won once, but they seem to feel the taxpayers have deep pockets and can easily afford the court costs.

  So who pays for this? We taxpayers do.

  The same taxpayers who voted to create the Commission.

  So, essentially, the legislature's using us to sue us.
