where is the outcry from this legislator about the number of school children--no age specified--who drink alcohol, get it from their parents liquor cabinets.

Obviously, Arizona voters are ignorant and uninformed. How else would this jerk Kavanagh ever have gotten elected?
Why can't someone try to solve the REAL problems this state has?

People voted for medical Cannabis because this 40+ year prohibition is wrong. It's based on lies, propaganda, and racism. Cannabis is wrongfully classified by the Controlled Substances Act as a Schedule 1 drug. In this state Mr. Kavanaugh may well be capable of getting the signatures to put this up for yet another vote by the people and they will again approve it. They will continue to approve it until it is legalized in this state as it is in Colorado and Washington states. The tide has turned and the prohibitionists are in their death throws. Cannabis is safer than alcohol or just about any other substance out there. Even aspirin is more dangerous than Cannabis. If you are truley a conservative wanting a smaller government that infringes less on your personal freedom and liberty then you should stand against this prohibition against Cannabis. Stand against these prohibitionists such as Mr. Kavanaugh. If a person acts unlawfully under the influence of Cannabis then let existing laws against such behaviors be their punishment, just as they are with alcohol.
Cannabis should be legalized at both the state and federal levels.

As stated above, the voters have spoken. Not once, not twice, but THREE (3) times. Get over it. I am a conservative voter and some things need to change. Opposition to this issue is republican party suicide.

As an registered Independent voter in the State of Arizona, I will work as hard as I can to defeat any member of the Arizona legislature that supports Mr. Kavanagh. The people of Arizona have voted for medical cannabis 3 times. Mr. Kavanagh is showing utter contempt for the will of the voters of this great State.

The voters have spoken. Why can't these idiot legislators accept what the voters want and stop trying to legislate their own morality

This buffoon needs to be voted out of office and someone who is not so blind elected in. With all the issues this State has he is worrying about weed. GTF out of here.
