Mandatory urine tests for every one in Federal, State and Local Government. The same for Public service workers (Water, Power, Sewer, Police, Fire and Office Workers).
Every one that receives Unemployment Checks beyond the normal period, should be tested.
Every person receiving Food Stamps, Hud, Section-8 and Arizona Access monies should be tested too.
