The first step in determining the worth of a conventional mortgage refinance is to estimate the property value and the borrowers' equity in the home, use the 123 Refinance to qualify for refinance

This is wonderful....you and Rep. Jack Harper (R-Surprise)...co-authoring the repeal of Arizona's... "NON-RECOURSE LAW". What a wonderful gift of bi-partisanship both of you are showing in trying to make sure that Arizona's foreclosure glut will never, ever, occur again.

Senator Campbell, I can see why the Democrats have elected you to be the Minority Leader. You are not bound by the ridge "entitlement agenda" of most of the Democrats in the Arizona Senate.

You have come to realize that if a person buys his or her home using a bank loan that they should be responcible for the difference between what they own on that home and what the bank is able to sell it for. The bank should not be made to "eat" the loss that the homeowner caused when they failed to live up to the bank loan agreement that the homeowner signed his or her name to. When the bank has to "eat" the difference then they must dip into their own capital which causes the stockholder to be the one who must make up the difference....Senator Campbell you know that this isn't right and I for one want to congratulate you on helping to repeal this unjust...."Non-Recourse Law".
God Bless you, Senator Chad Campbell...we need more "Arizona-loving".... not "party-loving" Politicians like you.
