Stumpy the tortoise reunited with Arizona's 'Wildman' Phil

In this March 5, 2012 photo, "Wildman" Phil Rakoci and his tortoise Stumpy do a presentation at Mesquite Elementary School in Casa Grande, Ariz. The tortoise, and several other desert animals that Rakoci uses in his educational presentations, were stolen when his vehicle was stolen from a Walmart in Englewood, Colorado.
