Good news. Now, if the return on investment (ROI) is acceptable, then it will take off.
Solar has in the past had a poor ROI. But, costs are dropping, and infrastructure is adapting to help. I hope we see more of this. Building codes, and utility rates now take solar power into account. There are also some experimental residential installations here in the East valley. I think that there will be more in the future.
