Did the previous commenters just read the same letter I did?! The letter was professional, polite, and was proud of what Arizona has accomplished. I don't see anything you all have to complain about.

Jan’s antics sold some books - good for her.
Her letter says “Today, we have a balanced budget . . .” and “I’m proud of that hard-won recovery - - the result of many tough decisions,”
I wonder if she was talking about the fact that she SOLD State property, including the Capitol, to a real-estate franchise with a $25 million guaranteed return on the investment plus rent. She could have sold bonds to the public so that all of Arizona's residents of could have invested in our State.

There was no need for the letter or show of disrespect. Everybody knows the Governor's position since it's been incessantly used by the Governor politically since her re-election effort. It was disgraceful and unnecessary, all to make political points for her future plans and to prop the sales of her book. If she respected the Presidential office as she claims, she wouldn't have attempted to make this about her and would have afforded the sitting President the respect that such an office commands.

I just saw a news report on TV. There was a young lady that was allowed to speak to the President. She wanted him to give her amnesty. Imagine that! A CRIMINAL FOREIGN NATIONAL acting as if she has the right to be there! Talk about being ENTITLEMENT MINDED!
