BULLFROG, Utah - Authorities are searching Lake Powell for a 3-year-old girl who may have fallen into the water Monday while playing chase with a brother.
The child was not wearing a life jacket when she disappeared at the boat slips at Bullfrog marina in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.
Her name has not been released, but she is from South Jordan, a Salt Lake City suburb.
Glen Canyon officials say the search in depths of 110 feet has been limited by poor visibility. A remote underwater vessel is being used to look for the girl.
The search has involved authorities from Utah and Arizona.
