President Bush has arrived in Tucson, where he'll spend the night before attending a fundraiser for Republican congressional candidate Tim Bee this morning.

The president waived to the press as he got off Air Force One. He was then greeted by three Air Force officers. Bush then got into his presidential limousine and left Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.

Bush fundraising visit to Tucson raises partisan eyebrows

Before leaving Arizona for Texas today, the president is scheduled to present the presidential volunteer service award to Green Valley resident Mary Francis Ward.

Bush has had a busy day, starting with his attendance at former White House spokesman Tony Snow's funeral in Washington. Then he climbed aboard Air Force One and flew to California, where he visited with crews battling some of the hundreds of fires there.
