TUCSON - Tucson police say they have made an arrest in connection with a deadly shooting early Sunday.

The victim is identified as 19-year-old Joshua Parsons. He was found with a gunshot wound inside a car parked outside a Tucson convenience store.

Tucson police say Parsons was transported to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Witnesses provided police with the name of a suspect.

Officers later arrested 21-year-old Alejandro R. Bencomo. He was booked into the Pima County Jail on one count of second degree murder.

Police say there's no indication that Parsons was involved in any wrongdoing.
