"Arrests and seizures should start declining as word spreads about the effectiveness of the program," Bersin said.

Or maybe if you have agents tied up where there's no traffic.

Or maybe "U.S. Border Patrol Agents Ordered to Pick Up Trash Instead of Protecting Our Border" (Search for the quotation and be shocked.)

At least they didn't boast about how secure the border is in this piece. The baloney is thickly sliced in most papers.

I am reminded of a practice commonly used in the military known as Police Call. Every day soldiers are required to stand arms length apart and walk a line picking up garbage on or near the military base. It is good practice.

It is good practice but it doesn't protect our border.

It is true that INVADING FOREIGN NATIONALS leave tons of garbage in our national parks every year. I say make all those ILLEGAL ALIENS that are caught should be forced to pick it up, and take it back south of the border....
