Arizona St. edges N. Dakota St. 60-57 at buzzer

(AP) — Carrick Felix hit a 23-footer at the buzzer to give Arizona State a 60-57 win over North Dakota State on Saturday.

The Bison (7-2) had tied it on Mike Felt's 3-pointer with 1.8 seconds left after the Sun Devils (4-5) missed two free throws in the final 25 seconds.

Felix scored 15 points and Kyle Cain added 14 points and 13 rebounds for Arizona State.

Trailing 55-54, TrayVonn Wright missed a layup with 31 seconds left for North Dakota State and Trent Lockett made one of two foul shots for the Sun Devils. Cain missed one of two free throws with 14 seconds remaining.

North Dakota State rallied from a six-point deficit in the second half to take a 54-53 lead with 2:27 left on Taylor Braun's layup after two misses under the basket.

Braun led the Bison with 16 points.
